Investment Focus

ATEP focuses on investments in low to mid-market private equity funds within the UK and Western Europe. Whilst there is an emphasis on funds that invest in mature growth businesses it will also look, on a selective basis at the areas of growth and expansion capital and venture capital, and will also consider opportunities involving emerging managers.

ATEP will seek to proactively co-invest alongside funds in which it participates.

Alliance Trust Equity Partners Limited is authorised by the Financial Services Authority to conduct regulated activities related to corporate finance business and venture capital. It does not engage in FSA regulated activities for retail clients as defined by the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
