ATEP aims to employ a partnership approach to its investments and is seeking to originate and develop long term relationships with key managers of low to mid-market private equity funds within the UK and Western Europe. Whilst there is an emphasis on funds that invest in mature growth businesses it will also look, on a selective basis, at the areas of venture capital, growth capital and mezzanine.
ATEP will seek to pro-actively co-invest alongside funds in which it participates.
