ALLIANCE TRUST EQUITY PARTNERS EXPANDS WITH ADDITION OF PRIVATE EQUITY INVESTMENT MANAGER
Alliance Trust Equity Partners (ATEP), the private equity arm of Alliance Trust PLC, today announces the appointment of Layla Fear as Investment Manager. Layla will add to ATEP’s skill set as it drives forward Alliance Trust’s commitment to UK and European private equity through funds and co-investment.
Layla will work as part of the team headed up by Raymond Abbott, alongside Iain Christie and John Morrison (Directors of ATEP) and Richard Hope (Investment Director).
Layla joins Alliance Trust Equity Partners from SL Capital Partners where she worked as Private Equity Investment Analyst with responsibilities for the origination, execution and monitoring of investment opportunities in Europe. She was also an Advisory Board Member of three European private equity funds.
